1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the TheSun Events & Culture website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Event Attendance

Age Requirements

Most of our events are 18+ only. Valid identification is required at the door. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide valid ID or appears to be under the influence.

Ticket Policy

  • All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled
  • Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated
  • Resale of tickets is prohibited
  • Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced

Event Changes

We reserve the right to change event lineups, times, or venues. In case of event cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and refunds will be processed.

3. Code of Conduct

Attendees must:

  • Treat all staff, artists, and fellow attendees with respect
  • Follow all venue rules and regulations
  • Not engage in any illegal activities
  • Not bring prohibited items into venues
  • Comply with security personnel instructions

We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or violence of any kind.

4. Photography & Recording

By attending our events, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes. Professional photography equipment requires prior authorization.

5. Merchandise & Purchases

  • All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes
  • Payment is required at the time of purchase
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days for unworn items with tags attached
  • Shipping times may vary based on location

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, text, and images, is the property of TheSun Events & Culture and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

TheSun Events & Culture shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury or property damage at events (except where caused by our negligence)
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Event cancellations due to force majeure
  • Actions of third parties at our events

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
